Although we may not give full vent to our anger in a public way, the hard truth is that a rage monster lives inside each of us and raises its head in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. The tendency is to minimize it, excuse it, rationalize it, even justify it, but try as we might, we know that we have an ugly problem, and we need to face it and deal with it.
